Ovadiya Aharonoff
Ovadiya Aharonoff is a managing director of Strategica, a national merchant banking organization that has been involved in more than $30 billion of investments and financings in business transactions, real estate, corporate finance, banking, healthcare, sophisticated restructuring and related fields.
Mr. Aharonoff commenced his career in finance while working as a banker at JP Morgan Chase. He then transitioned into private equity. Over the years, Mr. Aharonoff has become an experienced financier as a Chief Investment Officer for private equity / family office direct investments into public and private companies. He has worked closely with investment funds, negotiated and structured complex debt and equity transactions on behalf of public and private companies across numerous industries.
His bachelor of science in economics from University of Albany contributed to his skill set to achieve extraordinary results for Strategica clients and investors.
Mr. Aharonoff expertise includes identifying company investment opportunities seeking debt and equity financing, conventional bank financing, and unconventional bank financing for restructuring. His ability to identify merger or acquisitions on a stand alone basis or for add on value creation growth is a meaningful contribution to Strategica’s approach for excellence, integrity, and highly personalized service.
